HEALTH E ADVICE CHEMIST

Our patients are able to communicate to us via the Medadvisor medication management app. This app provides many great features which include:

• Seeing prescription details (Remaining repeats, dosage, supply details and more)

• Script Reminders (Automated reminders that let you know when to fill your recurring scripts)

• Order your prescriptions at anytime and they will be ready to collect when arriving at the pharmacy

• Access medical information on your medications covering tips, warnings and cautions, possible side effects and more

• Home delivery can be organised and medications paid for, through the app

• Be able to send us photos of your prescriptions, so that we can prepare it ahead of time

• Allows you to monitor and order your electronic prescriptions all on one screen without having to fiddle with SMS/Emails

• Carer mode, allowing you to organise prescriptions and medications on behalf of another individual

• Order NDSS (National Diabetes Service Scheme) through the app

To start using the Medadvisor app:

​

1.  Download and install the app onto your phone using the links on the left hand side

2. Register for a new account and choose 'Health E Advice Chemist' as the pharmacy

3. Drop any paper prescriptions into the pharmacy so that we can ensure you have accurate information on the app, and also be able to take full advantage of the ordering functionality

4. Start using the app to organise your medications as well as ordering items required
